InterSearch's original founders meet in Paris.

The founding members are:

Orhus-InterSearch,France, Jean Francois Petit-Archambault.
MR Consulting Group,Germany, Heinz-Dieter Hestermann.
InterSearch Sweden,Sweden, Bjorn Ekestaf.
TMN–,United Kingdom, Stephen Newman.


He studied Economics at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2002 he joined InterSearch, breaking the paradigms of his professional career to lead the business of the consulting firm founded by his father, Francisco Donoso. Since 2005 he has been a Shareholder of the company in Argentina. ​


In 2011 he was elected as the youngest member of the Board of Directors of InterSearch Worldwide, a role he held for two periods where he managed to expand and consolidate the network in the region. He supervised the finance area and later the compliance area at a global level. Today it is a reference for the entire network and has an active participation in all integrated actions so that InterSearch Worldwide remains one of the most important executive selection networks globally.

Executive with more than 20 years in the company and more than 16 years as Shareholder Partner in InterSearch Argentina. Graduate in Human Resources, he began his professional career at Banco Galicia where he became Business Partner. At the age of 24, he joined InterSearch, starting his role as Consultant and Head Hunter, providing comprehensive human resources services and leading projects in different industries such as life science, mass consumption, finance, technology, supply chain, among other. He was the creator of a new way of consulting, implementing hunting in previously unthinkable positions.


In 2015 he became certified as a Coach and since then he has accompanied many executives in the development and transitions of their professional careers.
